Whether its designing and building your dream home from the ground up or like in this case taking this 1980’s home and modernizing it and making it look like a brand new construction.
In this project in Jacaranda Country Club in Plantation, Florida our design team made this home look like a newly constructed home. We removed the rock/ stone facade at the front and put new textured stucco. Removed the old ugly asphalt driveway and replaced it with a new concrete driveway stamp design. The original non-impact windows and accordion shutters were removed and we installed new high quality impact windows with white aluminum framing to get that new modern look.
The old roof was pressure washed and painted as well as the house was painted white with white trim and Voilà!
