Motel in Riviera Beach converted to Drug Detox Center
This State of the Art Drug Rehab and Detox Center in Palm Beach was designed and remodeled by Florida Building Developers & Contractors. This building was a motel previously, and now it has become the main building of two square mile campus including drug rehabilitation, and drug detox center with housing for over 250 patients. Residents of Palm Beach love this Drug Rehab & Detox Center.
This project included remodeling of entire interior and exterior. As well as the addition of a structural section to house a five passenger elevator. Building is also equipped with fire alarm, fire sprinklers, emergency generator and wide hallways to meet AHCA Standards.
The City of Riviera Beach, Florida is very excited to have this new beautifully designed and built building as part of their city. We were able to maintain the same aesthetic and charm that buildings in this waterfront community have while adding the functionality of a medical facility in a discreet manner.
